Who are we looking for
The Client Partner is responsible for key accounts. Accountabilities include exceptional quality client communication, coordination of all key stakeholders and overall relationship and revenue management of the account. Must have a point of view regarding mobile strategy in the enterprise.
As Client Partner you will have a unique blend of sales ability, client-servicing skills and can also provide project delivery oversight on best in class mobile strategy and managed services projects making sure all areas are delivering as they should. You will ideally be a consulting veteran who has worked for a significant time within the mobile space. You will be able to advise clients on mobile strategy, consulting on conceptual ideas that are underpinned by the latest and greatest mobile technology and that serve to enhance and best achieve the clients’ overall business goals.
The Client Partner will be responsible for providing ongoing continuous relationship management with a limited set of Cerebtech’s Strategic Accounts to
1. Ensure that all customer needs are met with respect to the Cerebtech’s suite of mobility related services,
2. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with these customers and
3. Perform liaison functions between the customers and the various business and project teams within Cerebtech’s. The Client Partner will also be responsible for identification of specific cross-sell and up-sell opportunities at these customers. Success in this position will be measured by revenue growth and delivery success within these key accounts.
The Client Partner serves as a senior level management resource. The Client Partner will be partially billable across assigned accounts.
